When a user watches a video inside of MediaSilo, the system will track the amount of time spent watching it. I have forwarded the issue of multiple reports to our tech teach so they can look into it. Also why does the user get multiple notifications that they have watched the video. Does this happen when the user comes in and out of the video? E.G: The client has viewed the video 6 times in one minute according to my latest report?
